Inspired by my grandfather, the late Brian Bloom, who was the first architect in our family and my main source of inspiration, I embarked on a rewarding journey in architecture. With many more years to come, I aim to touch and brighten lives with my designs and expertise.

Successful project completions have allowed us to expand our consulting services. We maintain ongoing relationships with owners, engineers, contractors, and design professionals, enabling us to tailor services to match the scale and complexity of any project. Our projects range from large-scale developments to small-scale private residence remodels, with a specialization in design/build projects of all types. Special attention is given to construction costs through in-house cost estimating at every project phase. We carefully consider budget constraints during the design phase to minimize issues during construction, maximizing our clients’ resources.
Technological Expertise and Sustainable Design
We value cutting-edge technology, utilizing tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, 3D BIM, Photoshop, and 3DStudio Max. Our investment in state-of-the-art computers allows us to produce photo-realistic renderings and models.
Committed to sustainable design, we strive to minimize environmental impact by promoting integrated whole building design practices through research and development. Our in-house LEED APs and consultants design environmentally progressive buildings that are aesthetically pleasing, durable, and energy-efficient.
